Detailed Product Description
Available in multiple sizes to suit any environment, this piece of artwork displays an interpretation of Fernando Alonso’s late Formula 1 helmet design, with an extension of the iconic three lines to form an outline of his face. To accompany this unique design, we have added a quote of his that is relevant to this day:
“I need to find new targets, because this one is done”.
This quote was said by Alonso in a press conference after winning the World Driver’s Championship in 2005. His core focus at that time in his career was to win the championship. Since then, he has set his eyes on greater ambitions. First, he wanted to win the title more than once, which he achieved the following year. Next, he wanted to win the “Triple Crown” which consists of winning The Monaco Grand Prix (or the World Driver’s Championship, it depends on which source you are reading from), the 24 hours of Le Mans, and the Indy 500.
Only one other man in the history of motorsport has ever achieved that, and that was Graham Hill.
Fernando Alonso won the 24 hours of Le Mans twice, in 2018 and 2019. And now has his eyes on both the Indy500, and a potential return to Formula 1. The man never stops.
