Can I get a custom made print?

Yes – We can make custom prints for you.

Of course, the price is not the same when we design something unique for you, but it is possible.

Where are you based?

We’re based in London, but we ship our products worldwide.

Poster Production

How long does it take to produce my poster?

In ordinary circumstances, it takes 2 working days to produce our posters.

However, with reduced staff in production due to the COVID outbreak in the UK, our current production time is 3-4 working days.

How is COVID-19 impacting the production of posters?

We have reduced staff in production and the UK delivery services are also telling us to expect delays.

This means that instead of 2 working days to produce a poster, which is the standard lead-time, it is now taking us 3-4 working days.

What materials are the posters made with?

We do our best to provide a premium experience to our customers, which is why we use Enhanced Matte Fine Art Paper at 200gsm on all of our prints. 

As you remove the poster from the tube, you will notice a premium-quality, heavyweight material with a smooth, clean finish. 

The paper used for our prints does not contain any acids and is completely lignin-free, which is equivalent to museum quality material. This means that our prints do not "yellow" with age, and have an extremely high resistance to light exposure. 

Poster Delivery & Returns

How long does it take to deliver my poster?

It depends on which delivery service you choose.

Standard delivery usually takes 3-4 working days.

Express delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.

However, with UK delivery services currently heavily affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, delivery times are increased by one day on both ends of the spectrum.

This means:

COVID-19 Standard delivery now takes 4-5 working days.

COVID-19 Express delivery now takes 3-4 working days.

How is COVID-19 impacting the delivery of posters?

How can I track my poster delivery?

Only customers who have paid for Express delivery can track it.

Your tracking information should be in your confirmation email, which should take you to the relevant courier website and provide you with all the tracking info you need.

If you cannot find your tracking info in your confirmation email, get in touch with us and provide us with your order number, we will look into it for you.

What should I do if my order has arrived damaged?

If your order has arrived damaged, please take 2 or 3 photos of the damage in as much clarity and detail as possible.

From there, go to our Contact us page, send us the images and explain in a few sentences what the damage is just in case we cannot see it properly from the photographs.

Once we have received this, we will look into and get back to you as soon as we can with a solution, this will either be a refund or a request for the product to be returned.

What should I do if my order is the wrong item?

Go to our Contact us page and fill in the form, you will need to provide us with photographs so that we can see that the product you received is the wrong one. From there, we will get back to you with a solution either in the form of a refund, or in a new product being sent out to you.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship pretty much anywhere in the world. If you have not received your item, please let us know by getting in touch via the Contact Us page.

Is it possible to get free shipping?

Yes it is! You get free shipping on all orders over £50.

However, note that free shipping is only applied to standard shipping. If you want Express shipping, then that is paid for irrespective of the order amount.

How do I return a product to you?

Before returning a product to us, please get in touch with us via the Contact Us page and let us know the reason for your return.

Once we have received your claim, we will get back to you with the optimal solution.

Have you received my returned items?

We will always reach-out to you to let you know if we have received your returned items.

So if you have not heard from us, it is because we do not yet have them.

Who pays for shipping if I send a product back to you?

GOAT Prints usually do not cover shipping costs for any returned products.

However, we understand that some circumstances are extreme and there will be times where it would only be right for us to cover those costs.

How can I pay on your website?

We accept the following payment methods:

Do you charge me for using a credit card?

Unfortunately yes. We charge 2.2% of the order total, plus £0.20.

Therefore, if you had an order with us worth £100, and you wanted to pay by credit card, your grand total would be £102.40

Do you do refunds?

We do refunds on a case by case basis.

Therefore, if you have received a product that is damaged, not the one you ordered, or simply isn’t right in some way shape or form, please get in touch with us first via the Contact us page. We will take it from there.
